How do I add my prescription?

For glasses and lenses, you enter your prescription values — sphere, cylinder, axis and add — step by step when you configure your lenses; no file needed. For contact lenses, choose your power, base curve and diameter, or upload a photo or PDF of your prescription and our team will read it for you.

What if I don't have my prescription?

You can still order — just book an eye test at any of our branches and our opticians will sort out your prescription.

Can I order custom or progressive lenses?

Yes. You can enter your prescription when you add your lenses — including bifocals, progressives and tints.

Yes — we offer a lens-replacement service. Bring your frames into any branch and we'll fit them with new lenses to your latest prescription.

How do I care for my glasses and lenses?

Clean lenses with a microfibre cloth and lens cleaner. For contact lenses, follow the cleaning and storage instructions from your optometrist and the lens manufacturer.

Should I switch from monthly contacts to dailies?

Whether you wear monthly or daily lenses, you're normally putting them in and out once a day, so there isn't much difference in how often you touch your face. What matters is washing your hands thoroughly before handling any lens. If you wear monthlies that are stored overnight, follow exactly what your optician told you about storing and disinfecting them.

Is it okay to use hand sanitiser when putting my lenses in?

We always advise washing your hands with soap and water. If that isn't available, on those rare occasions you could use a sanitiser — but most contain alcohol, which will irritate your eye if it gets onto the lens. Make sure the sanitiser is fully rubbed in, or clean your finger with a clean, dry cloth before putting the lens in.

Should I stop using my comfort or rewetting drops?

If you've been advised to use comfort or rewetting drops — for dry eyes or just for comfort — keep using them. Stopping tends to make your eyes less comfortable and you'll likely rub them more. Just wash your hands thoroughly before applying the drops to reduce the risk of infection.
